This week I was asked “how many vertical design rules do I need to use to model an Intersection area” with respect to a specific project example. The problem started out with a question relating to "why a vertical design rule e.g. Cross DZ drifted along the line (a flow line and top of curb).
So I recorded this video to show how to model an Intersection using Vertical Design and some tips and tricks that you may want to take into account as to how to build the linework first before trying to apply the rules as that is exceedingly important in order to get the results you want.
