To print in Black and White you can use the View Filter Overrides command from Rockpile Solutions or the View Filter Overrides in the View Filter Manager under Advanced View Filter Settings.
With these overrides you create a View Filter e.g. Called Black and White Plot and then in the overrides you change the plot color for all layers to Black. You can also override the Lineweights and linestyles of lines in the same way. SO that a line that normally displays on screen in Red and Lineweight 0.5mm can be changed to Black and 0mm in View Filter overrides.
This works for PDF and direct printing. To use it you select the View Filter you created and apply it to the dynaviews applied to your sheets and hey presto everything plots in Black and White.
