TBC External Service API has stopped working

please refer to image to see the error message in full. I think I have seen this before on a previous release.

Not sure if it is a result of TBC upgrade, TML Status upgrade or ANZ Toolbox Upgrade.

I note my internal IT department restrict access to www.tbcanz.com as such I am not sure if it is an outdated version?

Anyone encounted this?

The Trimble team suggest that the following is likely the issue

I suspect this is caused by TBC upgrade, somehow, the old files are not replaced by new versions successfully.

Cleanup by utility and reinstall TBC should fix this.
