Is it possible to view Corridor earthwork red/blue shading in the profile view like you can Civil 3D? Thank you.

Not in an automated way but you can use track region to create closed polygon areas between the OG and FG profile and then shade those polygons red and blue.
If you put the Cut Polys on a cut layer and the Fill Polys on a Fill Layer you can use By layer to color the fills and cuts quickly. Not perfect but it works
